Currently, we ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS to addresses within the continental United States. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.  Typically, in-stock items are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. If your request regards an item that is back ordered, then you will receive an email with an expected delivery date. Quotes for shipping charges regarding requests for rush orders or orders to ship outside of the continential United States will be emailed to you prior to fulfilling your order. 

Some large or oversized items require delivery via freight carrier.  (Items shipping via freight carrier include but are not limited to furnitue and 10' x 14' rugs.)  For these items a shipping charge will be calculated and added to the order.  A customer service representative will contact you via e-mail to provide the shipping and order totals. 

Shipping costs are determined by calculations of the shipping company. Feathers does not charge an additional handling fee.


If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.  Shipping costs for returns are the consumer’s responsibilityWe recommend that you purchase insurance for any packages that you ship to us, since we cannot refund you for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment.

All items must be in the original packaging and in the original condition with labels still attached.

Down and down-alternative products may not be returned unless damaged or defective

Laundered items will not be accepted.

Monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufactures defect or error.

If we receive returns that do not comply, they will be returned to you and no credits will be issued. Please see below for Return Instructions.

Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Call customer service at 1-800-382-9967 in order to receive an RMA number.  The RMA number must be clearly written on the package.  Any packages received by Feathers without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

You can expect a refund within 5 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to the order where applicable if you are shipping your order to a destination within Pennsylvania.
